Shipping & Delivery

Chapter-101 uses Aramex as their shipping partner both locally (in UAE) and globally. Aramex has rapidly grown into a global brand, recognized for its customized services and innovative products.

All items are inspected and carefully hand-packed before dispatching.Every order sent from our warehouse receives a unique tracking number that can be traced and monitored through Aramex’s secure tracking system where you can access on their website www.aramex.com.

Depending on where you live, the time may vary for the delivery of the goods.

Local Deliveries (Inside UAE)

Delivery time from checkout to receiving your order is based on an estimated time frame provided by Aramex. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped so that you can estimate when your items will arrive. However, if an item is out of stock or is in the process of making, it will take few extra days where we will notify you via email. 

For Standard Delivery (Rest of the world)

Orders shipping to destinations outside UAE might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. The delivery time on all items is an estimate based on information provided by Aramex, we will not be held accountable for late or missing shipments.

Please note business days don't include weekends or holidays, so orders placed on a weekend (Friday, Saturday) or a holiday won't be processed until the following business day. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.


If in an unfortunate event you are unhappy with your products, we accept exchange & credit returns. Our return policy lasts 5 days from the delivery date.

Chapter-101 only replaces items if they are defective or damaged, if otherwise, a restocking fee may apply. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can send an email to contact@chapter-101.com with your name, telephone number, invoice number (proof of purchase) and a short description of the claim. Once we receive all the information needed, chapter-101 will arrange for collection, the goods may be collected from your location for a return fee ** depending on the weight of the returned items.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Please note during our sales seasons, only regular priced items may be refunded, sales items will not be refunded.


Payments are processed in the local UAE currency which is AED. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. We accept payments via Visa or Mastercard through a secured payment gateway provided by Start by Payfort in the UAE. Each credit card transaction generates a receipt that is automatically sent to your registered email address.

Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)

Chapter-10 FZE will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific in accordance with the law of UAE. https://www.chapter-101.com is owned and managed by Chapter-101 FZE.
